Salt, Sun & Stillness
A four night yoga retreat in Baja, Mexico
Led by Neha & Robin | March 27 to 31, 2027 | Casa Tara, Baja California Sur, Mexico
The days are shorter, the sky is gray, and your body has been holding on since the first cold snap. The cold seasons tend to dim us: we move less, stay in more, and start to feel a little dull around the edges. If you are craving warmth, light and a deep exhale, this retreat is for you.
Join Neha and Robin for four nights of yoga, rest and community at Casa Tara in Baja California Sur, March 27 to 31, 2027. Wake up to the water and the sun, move and breathe in open-air shalas, soak in the infinity pools, and share slow, fresh, pescatarian meals with a small, close-knit group. Step out of the cold and back into your body, and let this be the start of your reawakening.

Why attend this retreat?
You crave reconnection with your body and breath in an intentional, supportive environment
You want to be nourished by fresh food, restful sleep and a community of practice, with room to come and go as you please
You are drawn to a place that has been built with care for the land, from solar panels to palapa cabanas made with palm leaves gathered on site
You are excited to do any or all of these: float in an infinity pool, paddleboard on the Sea of Cortez, practice yoga above the water, stargaze from an open-air rooftop, book a treatment at the spa, and share long, slow dinners with people on a similar path
